When I first started writing online, I thought creative blocks were enemies to be conquered. I'd sit at my desk, hands hovering over the keyboard, feeling the familiar contraction of fear in my chest. And I'd push. Push through it. Push past it. Push harder.
But here's what I've learned about pushing: it only creates more resistance.
Today's meditation isn't about forcing your creativity to flow. It's about creating space for it to exist in whatever form it shows up. Because your creative energy isn't something to be tamed or optimized—it's something to be witnessed and welcomed.
