What I Learned From 50 Straight Days of Meditation
Turns out enlightenment isn't all incense and nirvana—sometimes it's just being chill while the world burns
I hit day 50 of my 365-day meditation journey yesterday. That's 750 minutes of intentional breathing—though I've probably taken over 720,000 breaths total in that time, most shallow and forgotten.
Shouldn't I be floating six inches off the ground by now? Shouldn't my third eye be wide fucking open?
Instead, I'm discovering something much stranger.
